And what's funny is that coaches who have been unsuccessful at ND, it pretty much ended their careers:
David - out of coaching
Ty - out of coaching (may have just gotten a job)
O'Leary - at UCF, barely Div 1A

ND displays all the same behaviors of a battered spouse with low self esteem. ND always falls for the coach that beats them. That's how they ended up with Ty, for example.

low balled the offer and lost out.  Remember, when they go to a BCS game, they keep all the $$$ (don't have to share with a conference).  No other school has its own TV network.  Urban will bring ND back to the glory days.
