To answer some questions from last week (and tie up a few other loose ends); ties for first place will result in all those who are tied for first receiving 5 days each.

MinnetonkaOne - We'd be all for a Champions League or Premiership (or for that matter, World Cup qualifiers and such) competition, but we had to go with the numbers here and as we're sure you can appreciate there's always going to be more NFL fans than soccer here on TER; once the NFL season is over though we will certainly reevaluate, depending on the success of this competition. Please feel free to put forward any suggestions for other sports based competitions - the NCAA basketball tournament and NBA playoffs are obvious choices, but if anyone has any ideas for regular season NBA games, baseball when April rolls around, golf/tennis majors, or even NASCAR, then we are all ears.
The deadline to get your picks in is 11am Eastern on Thursday, anything after that will be disregarded.
