Notre Dame is the latest rat to desert the sinking ship known as the Big East Conference. The Fighting Leprechauns will join the ACC in all sports except for football as soon as they can negotiate an exit from the Big East. One caveat is that Notre Dame will be required to play 5 football games per season against ACC teams.
