Congratulations Kansas City Rpyals.

I was pulling for the Mets, but the Royals had the better team. New York had a chance to win Game 5, but imploded in the top of the 9th and let KC back in the game. Oh well, another season the in books.

I thought the Mets had a shot...

but in the end the Royals bullpen was the difference. I'm having nightmares thinking about all the blown leads lol.

Congrats to the Royals!

I sincerely believe that the better team won...what an incredibly resilient bunch.  They just never quit, and played the game the way I feel that it should be done.

The Royals play The Game right...

Reminded me of the Glory Days of the Yanks from 1996 -2000.    

Tip your cap to the Royals...they played baseball the way it's supposed to be played, and once was.  Party like it is 1985, KC.  You deserve it!
