Come on boys you can do it!

That has got to be the luckiest team I have ever seen. They got away with a win against Oklahoma wheh Gasol put in a BS stot on a Kobe miss also.

It happened in the OKC game and now this game. Look at the last 3.5 seconds again, and watch Jason Richardson. He was watching Kobe take the shot, and not boxing out his man - Artest. These type of plays separate a championship team from a really good team.

One lucky shot (Richardson's 3 point BANK shot) deserves another lucky shot.

First, the Suns got 3 attempts on that last posession. There is no way you can give the Suns 3 chances to hit a 3 pointer without them making it. No luck there.

As for the box out or non box out. The shot was so bad that it went into Artest's hands. It was such a bad shot that it was actually a pass. There was nothing Jason could do there. That was just luck.

The better team lost.

Frye is blatantly holding Gasol (boxing out?) while Artest anticipates Kobe getting fouled and runs for the short shot. Smart play by a not-so-smart player.

Maybe if Richardson held (boxed out) Artest, it would not have happened.

Gentry said it best after the game. It's not luck, championship teams make that play, very good ones do not.

If you watch the replay Artest comes across from the other side of the floor and nobody gets a body on him.
But, his three point attempt with the new shot clock was about the dumbest play I've ever seen. And what the hell was up with his explanation to Craig Sager after the game? He ain't real bright.

you've been drinking some huh. How is that luck? You are supposed to expect that he misses. Thats what seperates Good teams, from championship teams!
