Bud Selig that replay will be used to look at trapped fly balls and hard-hit balls down the lines. No timeline has been given. I hope they also review catches by outfielders going into the stands. Been some chicanery out there on a few occasions.

I think there should be a replay official/umpire who is in an umpires booth watching the gane and has monitors for replay and can make a decision in 60 seconds max and communicate it to the crew chif via phone with as little delay to the game as possible.

Also where do you draw the line as to what is reviewable and what is not? That I'm sure will be a point of much discussion.
