as a long suffering Jets fan, I say everybody slow down, and don't call up for playoff tickets yet!  be encouraged by all the good signs, but be ready for the growing pains


Look, the Jets caught the Pats at a great time. Brady is still not, well Brady. Welker was out and the Pats are in a major defensive transition do to retirements, trades and injuries.

The Jets put up only 16 points. If the Pats are clicking on offense, they can score that in a quarter.

I will say though, that the Jets definitely have played with more passion and swagger these first two games than in the past.

I suspect by seasons end that the Pats (solely do to BradY) will end the season as AFC East champs and the Jets will have about 9-10 wins and be in the wild card mix
