When Rivers hit the game winning 3, it sucked ALL the air out of the Dean Dome-the 'Heels, who have better talent, blew that one big time-How sweet it was! they'll be a while getting over that one, which they had no business losing-Barnes did a disapearing act and I actually feel sorry for Zeller, who missed some freebies late and had the unlucky tip own goal on Kelly's shot-Sorry, KK (one of the few nice and unobnoxious Heel supporters-smile) Thanks for the post, Sexy C 1rob.....OUT 8-)

Last night's game was one to remember!!! I'm still celebrating! Go Duke!
I was struck by how many times Kendall Marshall just drove right to the basket and left the Duke guards behind. Duke has no chance in the tournament unless they can stay between their man and the basket.
You would think Duke would have to be deadly from 3 point range to win but they missed a lot of wide open threes.
foot off the gas and it cost them-that Duke pulled that one out was a magical act worthy of Lance Burton-Duke made 14 3's to only one for Carolina, which spelled the difference, and still the Heels had that one only to let it slip away-I recall the pain years ago when the Heels came from 7 down in Durham with less than 30 seconds to go to beat the Devils; so I feel this one is a little 'payback.' Duke's defense WAS shoddy and the lack of lower post presence will cost them come tournament time-but this win is a delightful and unexpected pleasure. Good to hear from you-1rob
