He was operated on by Dr Lyle Cain (team Dr) and assisted by Dr James Andrews (who is world renowned). He's lucky great doctors are so close by! He'll be back soon...
Mark Ingram will not play for Alabama Saturday against SJSU due to having his knee scoped this morning. he suffered the injury yesterday afternoon at practice. Coach Saban said he would be evaluated on a week-to-week basis. There are some who feel that Ingram won't be back for the 11 September game against Penn State. Stay tuned.

edukation is over rated. Time? All you need to know is when kick off is. Nevermind time managment as the clock winds down.
Someday I hope to see a repeat of the 1982 season for Tulane, when we kicked their ass at Tiger Stadium or even better the 98 perfect season. But until Tulane quits being the next best thing to a bye week I will have to stick up for the dumbasses up in Baton Rouge. It is the lesser evil I guess, I can't back Bama since my parents weren't related, can't back Ole Miss since my parents were married and can't back the Volunteers since I know how to tie my shoes all by myself.
SEC football is like an ox, big and powerful but dumb as hell
SEC speed against big, slow Big Ten guys. No contest.
