I love having a place to talk about the other things we love! I am over not having an AFL season this year. I miss going to the Orlando Predators game and it is not the same to slip into my jersey and not go anywhere. AFL held me over after the Superbowl until college and NFL started up. So to all my Predator fans, Gator fans, and Dolphin fans, hell yeah! We have our spot. Trust no woman who cannot tell you the rules differance in AFL, NFL and college. Still surprised that there is no NFL team in SoCal, but I honestly the locals don't care. There is nothing like college football, and there is nothing like experiencing college football in other cities. I have been to South Bend, Norman and other cities when my Bruins play, and it's an absolute blast. Still prefer the Rose Bowl though.
I agree. College football is the best! The Rose Bowl is nice, but Michigan Stadium blows it away, and when they're done updating Michigan Stadium, it will be amazing! Notre Dame Stadium is a mini Michigan Stadium. Although Yost and Rockne didn't really get along, Yost gave Rockne the Michigan Stadium plans (Yost designed Michigan Stadium), and Notre Dame built a copy of Michigan Stadium. The only real difference is where the tunnel is. Michigan changed the original plan and put it at midfield, whereas Notre Dame kept it in the endzone. The horseshoe at Ohio State is nice too, and it's always filled with 10,000 alumni and 90,000 truck drivers (Michigan joke).
