Personally, I think posting should only be a privilege by reviewers only, & providers. Hobbyist must submit a min. 1 review every 6 months. No free Vip for reviews either (less chance of fake reviews)  Vip get's you access to read all reviews, if you don't want to add to the board...you lurk & reap the bennies from reviews & board info/comedy.
