Last year he hit 30, missed part of the season with an injury. This year, he hasn't missed a game and only has 17, will probably end up with 25. Those totals are significantly down from prior to 2009.

Is this because he is no longer using PEDs?

Based on the last 2 years, it would take him 6-7 years and would be 41 years old. It took him exactly 3 years to go from 500 to 600. 47 of them were all of 2009 and most of 2008, the other 53 were the last 2 months of 2007 and all of 2008.

As we saw the last few weeks, as he gets to milestones, he presses. Milestone home run totals he will approach will be Babe Ruth (Yankees), Hank Aaron (the people's choice) and Barry Bonds....and to a lesser extent, Willie Mays, Ken Griffey and Sammy Sosa.
