Anderson Silva's career is probably (99.9%) over

One of the worst injuries you'll ever see in MMA....compound fracture of the left leg.  I'm sure it will be all over YouTube or Vimeo soon....

Cory Hill did the same a few years back...hard to watch that kind of injury happen.

I hope he's able to get back to decent function for his family.

Brutal!

This was not fun to watch!  Anderson went for the low Thai kick and Weidman checked it with his knee.  I do hope for a speedy recovery for Anderson but I don't think that he will be returning to the octagon.

I never liked Anderson Silva, but...

I hated seeing him go out like that. I knew he would lose again and I made myself a nice bundle off of yet another Weidman finish, but that leg injury made me cringe really, really hard.

Same here. He was cocky as fuck, but he turned MMA into a legitimate art.
