Once again talent wins out over character. Players with the high skill level of Pacman Jones will always get chance after chance. Every team that signs him figures that they will be the team where he becomes a model citizen and a dominant football player.

In the end, I suspect he will be on good behavior for awhile with the Bengals. In most cases however, ultimately, the risk out weighs the reward and the player moves on to the next team....
