to go to the place that has the best chance of a title? Does he want to go where he can make the most money, counting endorsements? Or does he want to be a "bigger star?" Right now, I don't think he knows.

But when you look at that big picture. The Nets have the 2nd richest owner after Paul Allen of the Blazers. And not only does Jay Z have a ton of money and can buy a whole new team he has the celebrity status.
I think it will be Miami or New Jersey.. Pat Reily or Jay-Z. They both have great offers on the table.
And as for living in Newark. Not even Jay-Z lives there. So if Lebron does end up on the Nets I am sure he won't be living in Newark. It's not like it is a 9 to 5 job where he has to commute everyday.
