The Thinking Mans Strumpet
Perhaps you have seen me before… intently typing away on my Macbook, or furiously scribbling in my journal. The young woman with an oversized cardigan with buttons , dark curly hair caressing the band of my headphones.
My messenger bag sits at my feet full of differing accoutrements, (my hello kitty phone, space pen, phone charger, organic snacks for a later hike, and a book, always a book).
Did you watch me as I stood up? All 5’1 of me. Watching my hands as they smoothed down my skirt and adjusted my knee high socks.
Maybe I am on my way to a hacker meeting, perhaps drinks (scotch or bourbon for me thanks) with friends, or maybe I have a meeting with a lovely new soon to be gentlemen friend- that emailed me last night asking for my delightful company… I tend to cultivate encounters that are more meaningful, intimate, and last longer then an average television show, which is why my rate structure favors longer engagements.
I covet ongoing relationships that develop into special friendships, while also maintaining the boundaries and discretion we both need.
I love to travel and explore new things, which is how I have developed a wide variety of interests and skills. I seek out new experiences, intentionally making myself uncomfortable in order to expand my “comfort” zone. The majority of my encounters can be described as “after a third date” intimacy. We are both a little nervous, but passion wins out every time. I am not your muse, but your collaborator, I am not your fetish, but your facilitator. When an adventure begins with openness, intimacy, and the acceptance of impermanence, two friends have only to laugh and discover. Why don’t you say Hello? I much prefer texts/email over calling. I am located Downtown in my own private nerd cave.
