Dear Everyone,

Over the years, it’s been tremendous fun joking about the “rabbit-hole” of the Alice Carrol Experience.  As a metaphor and a real thing, the depth of the rabbit-hole embodies the adventure of a sustained and deepening connection—indeed, the specialty of my practice.  At an energetic level, this connection results in mind-bending releases that free the spirit and nurture the soul.

Since each session, indeed, each MOMENT, is tailored for the individual (there are no “scripts” in Bodyland!), how we achieve our goals is very person dependent.  I am often asked, “Do you do this,” or, “Do you do that,” and the real answer is that I won’t know until we are there in the moment…  In YOUR moment!!!  What does your soul need for nourishment?  The discovery, the “dive” down the rabbit-hole, is my specialty, and the results of my process never disappoint, because they are YOURS…  They are YOUR reflection!  I am merely facilitating.  It’s all you!
