Due to a couple of cancellations, my schedule has completely opened leading up to Monday October 13th

This is the last time I will be in the US as I am permanently moving back to Sydney to attend school this new year.  

I have the following dates open:  

October 11: Open
October 12: Open
October 13: Early morning before 9am open
