For Out Call, allow at least 4 or 5 hours response time.  Writing in the morning for an evening visit is recommended. If I am verifying references, it's best to allow two days for me to hear from your friends as it can take some time to verify references. If you really want to meet while you are in town, and usually require same day booking, I recommend pre-screening.
