Texts or emails with no identifying information are unnerving, will be ignored, and reported depending on content. If you do not have acknowledged reviews on your profile, please include at least 2 known providers, and their comprehensive contact info. Simply listing a name or number will not cut it. I will need you to include a link to their site through which I can send a verifiable private message. I do not see newbies under any circumstances.  

Please answer the following questions in your email, and please be honest. My discretion and yours could be at risk if you are not, and I may have to turn you away.  

A) Are you 100+lbs overweight? If yes, has this posed a challenge in the past?
B) Do you have any physical limitations that prevent you from moving quickly and quietly up narrow stairs?  

Please have dates and times you are interested in ready to go. Asking questions like "when are you free" or "I want an appointment" are a waste of time and energy.
