Alyssa isn't really Alyssa & Natalie isn't really Natalie

So I was curious about these two eros girls who were heavily priced, and seemed almost too good to be true. Well it seems to appear that way. I did some reverse image swap on the first image I saw on each of their profiles.

When Alyssa's Images, by the way she is verified which makes this even worse, I took the pink lingerie photo at the top of her profile, and it appears that the matches that come up with those pictures are Aneta Kowal playboy model: https://twitter.com/AnetaKowal/status/337965931181535232 which clearly shows she's in Michigan and working on Playboy spreads not working as a high class 600/hr provider.  
 
Now when I searched Natalies Photos, I kind of chuckled because they took another high class providers pictures from New York where her face is boldly on the ads, where as Natalies isn't. I took the photo where Natalie was in nude/white lingerie and searched it: http://www.eros-ny.com/files/450835.htm (New York)  and http://www.istanbulescortsmaxim.com/gallery/nikita/26 (istanbul) where her face is plastered up there, why wouldn't she do it in Seattle...because its not her.  
 
Why would you spend 600/hr on a classic bait and switch. I sure as hell wouldn't
