I was wondering if anyone can give me some info on how I can get access to my own site. The guy who designed my webpage is no longer to be found, and I dont know what to do. Yes, I should of learned how to make changes etc to my site incase this ever happened but I didnt. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot.

You need to find out who is hosting your website. Then, you will have to contact them and prove you are the owner of the website. They will then help you with the user name and password to upload changes to the website.

1. Find out who is hosting your website.
2. Call them and find out how to get the username and password to administer the website.
3. Find someone else to be your webmaster, or you can do it this time. (It's really easy to do once someone shows you.)  grin

Thanks alot. Would it be the place that I had to pay for the domain name..krista4you? I paid them for a year to have my name I guess...uhhh I hope thats it anyways. ?? Thanks again.

That depends.  You may have had the Domain REgistrar host your site. Some of those companies will host your website too. However, you can also have a separate company do host your website too.

Looks like you are using Tucows for registration and IPowerWeb for your hosting.

Ipower web = http://www.ipowerweb.com/
Tucows = http://www.tucows.com

Anyone can look up this information using WHOIS.
