As I do with all the new ladies I approve their first ad here on the Seattle Board regardless if it meets TER ad guidelines

I also corrected your link.  (it was missing an S)

The easiest way to make sure your ad on the board here meets the guidlines is to add the TER badge to the first page of your website.
