Dear Partygoers,

A few moments that tickle the memory:

- People frantically jerking their sticks in front of an enthusiastic crowd. "Born to hand-jive, baby!"
- Lillia going out to feed the meter in her rubber naughty nurse outfit.
- Watching the wheels turn in every man's head when Candy worked the room: "Damn! How can I scrape together a grand?"
- A judge taking notes on his Palm during the wet t-shirt contest.  Work that stylus, Pirate!
- Jade's hip action.
- Delene's angel wings.
- Courtney's encore performance.

Thanks so much Destiny for putting this together, you were the hostess with the mostess.  Could you use that feather duster on me?  LOL. Great venue, and  a fantastic group of people.  It's always a treat to meet some of the women and men that make up the Seattle (and BC!) scene.  Nice to see some new faces, and catch up with some of the veterans.

Happy Halloween everyone!

It was a great party! There should be more like it.  It gave me a chance to meet some friends I've been emailing now for over a year.

Iceman! I'm sorry I didn't get to meet you personaly.  Maybe next time!  They should have had YOU dump the ice on the lovely ladies.

Dear Mr. Greeneyes,

I can't say I'm too dissapointed that we missed each other.  Although I must say, I am still curious as to what kind of hobbyist would pander so blatantly to EP providers, to the detriment of other hobbyists (and other providers), and still have the cojones to call himself a reviewer.

Here's my deal, and I don't say this to many people: (Other than Ted and UHP, LOL) I don't respect your approach to reviews and hobbying.  IMHO, you have provided almost nothing to improve the Seattle scene (other than creating additional advertising for EP), and if anything, you've done harm.

I for one, have followed one of your so-called "reviews" of Sonja and the results were disastrous.  It was clear to me after this experience, that you have no interest in writing anything even remotely objective or critical, and do not have the interests of fellow hobbyists in mind.

There is smart money and dumb money, following you is the latter.  Truthfully, it seemed like you never even met the woman.  There was nothing in your review of Sonja (or in any of your reviews of women I've met) that made me think "Yeah, that was right on target".  Instead, you seem bent on hyping up providers (Especially EP's) beyond all reason, in the vaguest of terms.

Look, I don't know your motives, nor do I care.  Maybe you're getting beaucoup freebies and discounts.  Maybe your personality is so saccharine sweet that you can't bear to utter a less than glowing word about a provider.  Maybe you are easy to please, and happy with a session just as long as she shows up and takes your money.  Maybe you only pass along critical details or caveats via private emails, distro lists, etc. Fine.  But based on your public offerings, and the private correspondence I've received from you, I've learned not to trust your stuff, as has everyone else who has a modicum of discrimination and experience.

Yours always,

Dear Readers,

Yep. Payola, kickbacks, palm-greasing.  After months of denials by Maya and Mr. Green Eyes, who kept claiming that he was just a "happy customer" it turns out the guy cuts deals with EP.

He receives a discount for every EP session he books, as well as meeting the women for non-sexual "lunch dates" for free.  This in exchange for his public "reviews" and endorsements.

Mr. Green Eyes, thanks for being the shill for an agency and wasting our time and money with bought reviews.  Some well-known hobbyists even went so far as to defend you and your approach publicly, giving you the benefit of the doubt that you were just an "overly positive" reviewer, and just happened to really like EP.  I'm sure they feel warm and fuzzy for having trusted you.

I want to personally thank you for wasting 300 of my dollars as well, by not being forthright about Sonja.  Tell us this, how many of your reviews are based on your lunch dates only, and not even real sessions?  I guess only you and the women know.

Yes, it's people like you that make TER even more valuable, and the other boards even more of a joke, by proving cynics like me right. I wish I could extract some satisfaction at having been right all along, but frankly, this episode just depresses me.

Mr. Green Eyes, you owe us a public apology, and please consider doing the right thing: take down your site, and remove all of your reviews from public boards, or at least disclose prominently on each review (and your site) that you receive a discount at EP for your efforts.

Sincerely,
iceman

It's a minimal discount and you know it.  There is nothing wrong with a good repeat customer getting a discount.  What do you think Hipster and Woody are getting from their favorite agencies?  Greeneyes is the kind of guy who tries to only say good things about those he reviews, but those who read his reviews can figure that out. He doesn't post reviews of those with whom he's had bad experiences.

You can't claim to be so stupid that you were suckered by his Sonja review.  It wasn't even that glowing.  Plus he might have had a different experience than you.  There was one other respected guy who posted a glowing review of Sonja, and one guy who had an experience similar to yours.  So YMMV.

Sheesh.  And he says all his reviews were based on dates.  You know you can't call all those who have had good experiences dishonest just because you had a bad experience.  There were just two glowing reviews of Teri posted on TRB.  You dissed her.  So what, YMMV.

I'm disappointed in your going off the deep end on this, and had hoped you could have restrained yourself.

I believe this to be a classic case of YMMV.  I don't know or care about Greeneyes stake in this but I have read some of his reviews and yours as well.  My experiences weren't always as good or as bad as yours, but I respect your reviews.  It would be nice if we could have a great experience everytime, but we are all different and on any given day our mood and attitude changes.

As far as Sonja goes I have never met her, but I have known Maya for a long time and all I can say is I have never had a bad experience, just some were better.

All we can hope for is the next encounter will be better.

That's o.k. , Mr.Greeneyes, even though, objectively speaking, I have a very good respect for Iceman, sometimes he can be pretty blunt, I have noticed as a long time lurker.  I have tried several of his recommendations, and he was right on the money. About your recommendations, I have to say, you have a generous heart.  Still, I haven't found them useless, as Iceman stated.
Please keep up the good work.
