This one's a no-brainer: Downtown Bellevue all the way! It's more central and convenient for ppl, nice area, etc. No one likes going into the boonies looking for an incall. And with Factoria, that's exactly what it'd be.
Now if you had asked Downtown Bellevue vs. Seattle, that would have been a much tougher question!
