As a "newbie" I always give a "freebie"  on the first ad. However, TER does have ad posting guidelines. I am going to post them immediately so you and the other ladies can get up to speed.

Read them carefully because they not only have the guidelines for getting your ads approved, but have some very good clues on how to increase the number of calls you get as well.

This provider has got some accountability issue, set up the time last week, only to cancel on the last minute "something came up", reschedule for yesterday, called one hour before the appointed time per her request, her cellphone turned off the whole night.
She needs to be mature and take business more seriously, IMHO.
I have never met her, now that she has done that twice, I would take my business somewhere else.
