I usually don't provide incall in the Seattle area, but am receiving requests~ I have an opportunity to rent a beautiful incall location downtown......wondering about how much I would use it and if I should go out of my comfort zone on my home turf~any thoughts gentleman???????

Incall is much more preferable for those that have SO's.  Alot of men are not comfortable with bringing a provider to their homes.  I am more apt to make a date with a provider that offers incall, fact that is my first choice.  Only exceptional providers (and you are one) that I'd see otherwise.

If I do outcall, it requires me getting a room.  Extra expense.  With a new lady I'm personally concerned about a no show.  Plus, with all the available ladies that DO provide incall, why go thru the added expense and hassle to do outcall??  If you took four hobbyists, I'd be willing to bet that at least three of them have SO's and therefore outcall would be a requirement.  The other one??  Only one in four of those would be willing to let you come to his home.  Therefore, a room is required for the majority of those guys with no SO's.  Bottom line?  I'd say providing and incall is a very good idea.  BTW, you are one hottie tottie?  Please let me know if you "expand" your comfort zone.  Would love to meet you!
