This is a letter apologizing to Tahoe Ted of the TRB.  I made accusations that were purely from assuming and not facts.  
I stated and said to people that Ted wanted me to prove my self in order to get on the providers list.  Meaning to have sex with him.
My assumptions and accusations were 100% incorrect and wrong.
I have realized you need to do nothing but be a good provider and to prove yourself to clients,  to get on the providers list. Nothing else.  No sex is required by Ted or anyone else.
I want to explain that I was wrong, and that I made a mistake,  I was very mad when I wrote that, and no one at TRB has ever asked or demanded sex.

I am sorry Ted and to all of you out there I may have affected.
