I think the Double Tree near the SeaTac airport is a great place - large lobby, so can come and go without much notice. The Hilton in downtown Seattle has easy access with little notice of who comes and goes. I think Nathalie is a beauty but I would go for Gabriella or Victoria in NY minute!
