I am pretty new at this and its been a year or two since I indulged. My question: In the reviews I like the gals ask for references from other providers, which I do not have at this time. So where do I start and still have a good experience?? One reason it has been so long since I have done this is that my previous "pick them from the adds" expereinces were not very satisfying.

You can’t get a date without a reference and you can’t get a reference without a date!
First understand that many ladies consider your place of employment as a reference. They may call that phone number, then discreetly ask to speak to you by name posing as an insurance broker or something. Some providers will consider other clients as reference and will email that contact for further information. Many ladies want to know who you have “seen”. Then speak to her for more info. One problem with using providers as references is that her contact information can change without notice or she may retire leaving you high and dry without a past hobby history. Agencies generally know exactly how to check you out with no risk to your private information. Once you’ve seen a couple of ladies and submitted a review on TER you’ll be well established as a client and a part of the growing list of pooners.
