I have seen the reviews which look good but has anyone locally seen her since she is from here?

She apparently is the real deal.

She recently went up on her rate. Was 250-300 for a long time then recently got a new website and raised her rate to 400/hr.

Then started touring.

Local board reviews give her outstanding marks just as TER reviews do.
