OMG I have been having such a great time these past few weeks. I had no idea that so many people would be interested in working out with me in the gym. You have all been such great motivators. I cant wait to give my progress report, but first things first hehehe....


This weeks schedule:

Monday January 14th through Sunday January 20th
Downtown Seattle (IN CALL ONLY)
9am to 11pm

Rates:

1/2 hour = 140
1 hour = 180
1.5 hour = 250
2 hour = 300
2.5 hour = 350
3 hour = 400
3.5 hour = 450
4 hour = 500


OK now I get to brag a little bit teeheehee.
I started the work out challenge on December 17, 2007...WOW almost a month ago already YEAH TEAM! Ready for the stats?

Pounds lost = 5 (WOOHOO)
Inches lost:
Waist = 2
Hips = 1
Thighs = 1.5


All right then....for those of you who have missed out on the work out challenge here it is.

Do a one hour work out with me(in the gym)two times in a 30 day period and you will receive a bonus one hour session at half of my posted 1 hour rate.

Breakdown = 2 one hour workouts = 1 hour fun session at 90 for the hour.

I still have lots of work out time available. If you are interested in helping to keep me motivated please contact me and we can work out (hehehe)!!!!
