Additional tip regarding references

Another thing to remember is to always ask providers in advance before offering them as references !!

I have a part time assistant so i have less of an issue providing references without notice. However, I have come to find out that most providers (especially non local ones), often have a policy of either: 1)only providing references to clients they have seen in the last six months; AND/OR 2) requiring they be notified in advance prior to a former client offering their name as a reference; Many girls have outside careers, hobbies, families etc. and it makes a lot of sense n the interest of time savings and minimal hassle that you provide anyone you list as a reference advanced notice.
