Hi,

I am currently working in LA but come from NYC and Boston where I lived for almost two years. I’ve been here 4 months so far, and it is more difficult for me to advertise myself here and get as many clients as I used to on the East Coast. I don’t know if it is because I’m a rather intellectual natural brunette and people aren’t fond of that kind of profile in California or if there is simply too much competition for me here, but I don’t get nearly as many inquiries as I did in NY or Boston (around 30%). Also the clients I usually see these days don’t come back as often, either because they don’t like my tendency to not laugh about everything out of nowhere and lack of plastic surgery, or because they were just curious as I look different from the usual “Cali” girl.

I’d like to hear from those of you who have direct experience or have heard of personal stories from escort friends on the difference of advertising and market potential on both sides of the country, and the difference between the southern and northern parts of the West Coast. I’d love to hear personal stores from those with experience in Portland or Seattle, especially those who have also tried advertising in Los Angeles.

Thank you!
