You perspective is only correct if the lady is being forced to provide by the SO. Many ladies voluntary choose to provide, have SO who are aware of their activity, and don’t equate love with sex as you do. Consider the reverse where many gents who love their SO but still enjoy participating in this hobby.

Having said that, I know of several very reputable providers who has "real" boyfriends or husbands, and there is no problem. Many people are not the jealous type (myself included), and if they are getting what they need from the relationship, are okay with the woman doing this, especially as it is often a temporary thing for her.
