Would you be willing to provide information on your policy with regard to responding to e-mail inquiries? A couple of times this year I sent messages to you seeking information that was not available on your Web site or was not quite clear.

I understand that you receive many, many e-mail messages, and cannot respond to all of them. My messages did not use any language that was rude, vulgar, or sexually explicit.

If it is simply a matter that you only respond to e-mail inquiries that are sent for the purpose of scheduling appointments, please confirm that this is the case.

I must apologize for not replying or late replies to many.
I have been busy with my other projects and have been much more active in my private personal life lately, that I haven't been able to keep up.

No apology is necessary. Your response confirms that your lack of responses to certain messages are a matter of your schedule and time commitments.
