I am a vip member of TER and a member of p411. I have written a number of reviews and I have been whitelisted. I also have a number of “okays” on p411. I live in Southwest Florida.

While I prefer to see a provider with TER reviews and who are on p411, options are often limited. I saw Maxine Perry’s ad on BP indicating she was visiting Southwest Florida from Washington State.  

I googled her number and website address, and was impressed with her professional, personal website. I contacted her and asked if she had any reviews and she responded she was new and needed one. I thought our meeting would be a win/win situation.

I communicated with her by text and she was responsive and friendly. We made plans to meet. Her website and text set out the donation for a one hour GFE meeting. I texted her the night before to confirm and she responded in kind.

I texted her two hours before our meeting and she confirmed, but she declined to give me her general location. She said to contact her 30 minutes before our meeting, but I texted her saying the drive could be much longer. She texted me that she doesn’t give out that information by text. I called her and explained that I would like to know where I was driving to, and would ask for her room number when I arrived.

Her demeanor on the phone was cold, short, and harsh. She gave me her general location and then said for the one hour originally quoted, it would not be full service. An additional hundred dollars was quoted for full service. I told her that was contrary to our original agreement and contrary to her website.

She then said payment would have to be by giftcard/credit card purchased at one of our local drug stores. Again I told her that was not what was agreed to by her. She abruptly hung up the phone on me.
