I'll be visiting Seattle over Thanksgiving.  Would you be so kind as to recommend an excellent upscale restaurant.  Superb food is primary, romantic atmosphere would be nice.  Thank you.

El Gauchos is excellent. If you want a water view Daniels Broiler on Lake WA. or Lake Union. Lake WA location is nicer.
