I just wanted to make this comment perhaps see if anyone else
seems to have these problems as well....

When making an appt. do you give the provider the needed info?
Most do however there is no compensation, for legalities such
as the other day:
i asked the normal questions, do you have references, and 1st and last name as stated on id, along with a number to get ahold of them in case.....whatever, you know....
this person gave me quite a time, and  would only give me a 1st name, then called back and was willing to give a call back number as well, but still no last name.

I finally told this person that i needed all the info i asked for
basically for my own safety... along with the fact that i dont
keep books so i deliver the paper with their info apon arrival
anyhow. This person was so intent on the fact of not wanting to
give this info that he even said to me, "i dont get to know your
real name, i am sure Felicity is not it," I understand this
and all but why call a provider who has had a reputation of good
reviews, etc for over a year in a particular city and question
her ways.... all and all i didnt end up seeing this person...

Any ideas on how to get by this? Maybe a little easier way for more difficult situations,like these?
