Don't like to write negative reviews but feel a sense of obligation to let hobbiest know of my unfortunate experience.  After reading some impressive reviews set up an appointment with janelle for 8. She calls and says that due to "sewing lessons" she will be an hour late. She calls again at 8.45 to say that she needs to postpone until 11. So far I am accomodating and  she never shows.  The next day she leaves a voice and email message appologizing and promises to make it up.  We set up an appointment for that night and she does not show.  It is unbelievable that after all that and a second chance she still does not show.  BE VERY CAREFUL, SHE IS NOT DEPENDABLE.
