I'd wager that you would have plenty of new clients if you were to offer an incall day once in awhile.

Personally it's because my pad is a holy mess.  But I'm finding also that privacy is what everybody looks for and needs.  Hotel rates are becoming more competitive so there's an option.  Tubs of Seattle is a popular hot spot.  But the back of a Chrysler is NOT.
