Just ran across this website. Looks new.  No reviews under name or number.  Too good to be true?  Any takers?  Any insight?  As I am from out of town and heading to the Emerald City next week, any info would be most appreciated.  Interestingly enough, there is a TER flashing graphic "ad" at the top of some of her pages.  Maybe she's just getting started?
