No.  That's what KCPD are saying.  No evidence has been presented and no charges have been filed.  You're jumping the gun a little here chief.

All of you services can use encryption on your computers for your lists.  One I recommend you use is Secure CRT no one can bust it and could sure save you a lot of headaches.  A person who is computer Saavy can also download something like "evidence eliminator"  which you can also find on the webb.  Law enforcement uses technology you can too.

Also I would suggest all services to purge any paper trail and computer evidence using the software at the link below.  Then if you have to keep some kind of records ENCRYPT them, computers are notoriously evil by fooling the novice into believing no one can access deleted information.  One push of the button with this baby and all files will be instantly rendered irretreivable.
