Have done all at one time or antoher. Here are the most common scenarios for each:

a and b - I am watching everything. I use all the senses to the fullest, especially my eyes. I can close my eyes when I am by myself, in fact it is better when I do.

For me, most of the time it's "f" (closing my eyes while feeling the sensations), unless it involves my fetish, then it's "b" (watching the action itself). I guess it depends on the situation.
