This is Lee Ann's assistant...Tuesday evening the computer stopped working and we could not get it up at all....she was busy all night working until about 11pm so thought we'd fix it the next day, Wednesday....Wed morning rolls around and we call Dell...bad hard drive .... all the info is entirely lost...schedules, names, places to be, everything....Lee Ann put the laptop in the case and was carrying it down the stairs in a fairly good fit of rage and fell on the stairs...bad fall because somehow she twisted her lower back trying not to drop the computer....she couldn't even move right then...I had to call the fire department to take her to the hospital where she spent all day yesterday and this morning laying on her back and having pictures taken, etc....doped up on oxycodon and something else...Later yesterday while she was resting I took the computer down and had a new hard drive put in and just BARELY rightnow, 2:30pm, got re-connected....Still have no schedule to even know who she was to see yesterday or the rest of the week....She has appointments booked for up to a month away that we have no way of knowing right now...Biggest mess I think I have ever seen. She is doing fine right now but will need to stay off her feet (that means REST guys....not just in bed ....  something about a compressed disc or something...may not be available again for up to 6 weeks... PLEASE....If you had an appointment with Lee Ann let us know and we will stay in touch...We have no way of letting you know individually right now because we don't know who you are...We are sending to hard drive to a company in Texas that they say can recover the info but that will take about 10 days if they can do it. I will respong to the emails that we have received but the web site will show she is not available for up to six weeks or so... Should be able to get around in a couple weeks but no strain of ANY kind for quite a while....Please bear with her..If it has not been one thing it has been another...She will be fine though...
