The Meal Ticket has good ideas and here are some more - obviously it depends on what you are looking for and how much you want to spend: The Westin, W and Grand Hyatt downtown are good for higher end digs (and near me). The Paramount is a step down but confortable and easy. The Sheraton is udnergoing expansion so is a little "disrupted" but also easy. I really like the Vintage Park (a Kimpton Hotel) especially with dinner first at Tulio's. And if you can get the fireplace/jacuzzi suite at the Silver Cloud on Caoitol Hill - a fabulous fun room. Downtown guys and conventioneers (ugh) can walk to all but the Silver Cloud whihc is about 1.5 miles from downtown and has decent parking and easy cab service. If you visit (please do) please do not stay on the eastside - which many downtown snobs consider a foreing country - who me?
Y'all Rock! Thanks for the info. There's a place in SD where I loved to go. It was hot tubs you could rent by the hour. Was clean and super fun. Any thing like that in Seattle?
