I called this agency(www.agency-elite.com, in SEATTLE, 206-624-0101) I
called a couple times maybe three with 10or 20 minutes on Monday Dec 6
between 7 and 8 M.S.T. cause I thought they were there and they just
stepped out. The Phone attendent hung up on me and said I was so very wrong to call
in
such a short time. She did something again today also and it is frankly scaring me. Please I just wanted to make an appointment as I am from out of the county and will be in Seattle for the end of the month.I didn't want trouble and keep trying and meant
no
harm. I feel she was very very rude. Would someone please talk to them and
allow me to se one or both of these girls(Mia or Carissa). I do not feel good about
being
treated like that. I hope we would be protected from such harsh
behavior. I
sent a phone message also explaining to her how uncomfortable I felt. I
hope someone can remedy this situation as I am feeling quite bad about it. I do not deserve to be treated like
such a small person. All she had to say was I am sorry I could not get
to
your phone before or whatever. She was once again rude again today as I was having problems with my phone. I have never dealt qith such a situation like this before

it is not cool to call the agency more than once.  just leave a detailed message and she will get back to you in time.  she is a very busy lady as she has very, very pretty girls working for her.  my suggestion would be to send her a mail and appoligies.  if you are lucky you will get to see mia or carissa.

About calling more than once?  I sure didn't know that.

Are there any other agencies that have that rule?

I realize agency's like most providers have a hard time doing appointments a month in advance but the reason why woman come to agency's is so they can take care of all of the details like advertising and appointment setting. If your phone people are rude to people without telling them what they did wrong or posting a rule about multible contacts on your website, than why should the person be yelled at and hung up?

It would have been easier to just address his concearn by telling him that you dont take advance notice calls and to call a couple days before you visit here.  I can understand how frustrating it can be as I am an independent that not only schedules my own appointments but is in control of all of my advertising, web desigh, emails,phone records, and arranging incalls and outcalls, which I enjoy though it can be stressfull. I have learned though that guys love to be treated with respect over the phone, it makes them feel special and when they feel special they tend to almost always show up. If you treat people like gargage your just going to get garbage as clients, and your phone people and worst of all providers will have to continue to see the worst of humanity. There are some messed up people that will even go through all your red tape twice over and take all your bs with a smile, and than end up taking it out on the very woman your trying to protect!
It is a good idea to post all the vital info about your service and providers on your website so that you can just tell people to go look on the site if they have questions. Believe me it totally protects people from legal issues if they refuse to discuss things and instead just be upfront on their websites without using explicit language.

 Sometimes it may be a good idea to not sound like an agency when a guy calls because guys hate agency's and fear them. Most people have been screwed around with and were just ecnored when they complained. I hope that if a girl ripps someone off that you allow a person to file a complaint. Its not the guys fault for calling your service and wanting to "exploit" their feminity. These woman and the people running your company made a decision that they were ok with doing something that is still very taboo in this society and its messed up to blame the people who put roofs over your heads like they are perverts or tricks. I think that one of the goals of an escort agency should be to try to teach its providers that what they do isn't gross and it doesnt make them less attractive or worthwhile if they actually deliver a complete service.  The important thing is that they are learning thigns about themselves,sexuality,humanity, and the world through doing something that is viewed as primitive and even evil to some people. And of course using it to better themselves...... So many people think this is a last resort that only girls that arnt good looking enough to strip anymore do. I started this a year and a half ago when I was 18 and still have like 10 years until I hit my prime. Someone might be rude and say your going to be used up by the time your in your prime, but there wrong because I have learned tons of buisness,marketing,and computer skills through doing my buisness on my own while working on a journalism degree. I am in the process of getting my pay site up.

 When I first started I tried working for a few agency's. One of them said they took the whole girls fee and she had to ask for tips! The expected her just to sit there and do nothing and when she ran out with the cash the expensive security gaurd pimps that her money went to would come in and protect her. The agency always made sure they got there money before the girl got it too. I never set foot in that low life place ran  by young thugs fresh out of prison, they have an ad in both weekly that advertises vip service in limisines with escorts. I mean who wants limosine service and a bunch of people getting in the way before they can get their girl. Then there is DD's service and though he has changed names he is also back in town running his exploitation orientated buisness. After taking my picture I found out the conditions and left. He ended up using my photo and a bunch of people called him expecting to see me. All the other services I checked out didnt offer incall location,security, cell phone or transportation for the girl! I mean every other city usually offers some of these things because they know that they are turning away a lot of girls by saying that they need a car and a cell phone. I mean a girl that has both of those things usually doesnt long last because she didnt really  need them in the first place usually.  So what they get is just appointments set for them and advertising. Sometimes they gotta go out as other girls, which alwasy sucks but if they get there picture taken they get no decision on which photo should be used or what their ad should say. The couple I worked for drove me crazy  because they would do things I knew were stupid and they made me feel like I had no control. They refused to raise my rates above the lower end wage, despite the fact I was getting over 100 calls a day for my photo and people were telling me that was too low of an amount. They refused to listen to me, because they saw me as a a dumb you know what.

So thats why I think agency's should learn how to respect the girls and the people that call. Yeah, i mean hang up on the rude people but if someone just wants some companionship atleast say hi and call  back later. Also make sure you hire decent phone girls because those phone girls can be really mean and horrible people. The ones that barney was talking about sound like the type that think they are better than the girls that they schedule for because they get  nice little office jobs and they can just sit scournfully around gossiping and shaking their heads at the pathetic whatevers. And they know they got the control of who goes out and who doesnt, so kiss her butt. Underneath it all though they are the ones that have to deal with all the perverts and time wasters, and it makes them feel like you know whats because most often thats the best job they can get. A lot of times escort agencys refuse to hire pretty or even average girls for phone people, because they view it as a waste. So in my opinion they should require actual experience and a good solid resume for phone women. They need to make sure she won't have issues dealing with the girls.

I hope more agency's can be customer service and employee orientated instead of just how all about the numbers.

If I miss a call, the fellas know that within 5 minutes, I'll have seen that I missed their call and they know I'll be dialing them right away.

Maybe something else SPOOKED the agency about this caller.  Now to come on TER and try to get  ANYONE to get him an appointment?  WEIRD.

Each agency has it's own "gut intuition" rules that they run by.

My suggestion is for him to call someone else whom might want to deal with him on a level of what he expects, needs and desires.  Those are not the only two ladies in Seattle.

It just doesn't sound like Rachel WANTS him as a client and that is her perogative !

I wanted to add to what I first posted. I was very impressed with elite agency's response to the matter. I took the advice of the comments given. It is important to leave a message and not call a few times. They have alot of calls and it is not fair to them. Elite agency explained this to me and I hope we can all do this.

had a similar situation with Rachel/rACHEL, I just simply turn my business somewhere else, there are plenty of other agencies.
If you have a hard on for one of her girls, yeeess, do kiss her ass, and cuss yourself for putting $$ on her pocket.
