Hello ,  What do you do if you have paid a provider via paypal, the provider retires before you see her,  comes back, refuses to respond to any email regarding setting up an appointment much less any emails you send?

Tough to say what to do, other than make her name known on the boards. Paying in advance has always bothered me, no matter what the service or industry. I won't do business if they are unwavering in their policy.

and they will go after her, jsut state services were not rendered.  you can also dispute it with your credit card company.  I would if someone was a thief
