Most listing/review sites require a monthly or quarterly premium in order to access desirable information. TER has established itself above the rest by creating a system in which one can bypass the cost by participating in the review process. There is one flaw:

If one can avoid paying for access by posting reviews, the likelihood of a review being "faked" is higher than normal.

I am writing this in order to inform the general TER public of a particular perpetrator. Not only has this person written numerous fake reviews (both good and bad) of Seattle's agency ladies, but has been outwardly slandering Fantasy City. This gentleman has made claims that are false, and his reviews are easily proven false. His threats are hostile and almost violent in nature.
