After chatting with a few local providers I now know to advertise a bit more in advance. Next tour will not be pre-booking only but I will plan my trip around when my confirmed dates are available- Only dates over 3 hours require deposits.

The snow in Boston pushed my schedule back 2+ days, so the dates I planned to travel to SF don't work now. Will keep everyone posted on the new dates! Thank you!
